ABG consultant discussed with Dorsch Consultant on how to convert satellite images to Iraqi Co-ordinate system. The time schedule for each projects needs to be submitted for the completion of all contractual obligations.

A list of allocated personnel to work on each project is to be submitted along with a follow up procedure to follow the implementation of the works specified which would be arranged to ensure that work will be completed within time.

Standard drawings were submitted to Iraqi Republic Railways which were identical for the four projects.

As per the request form the Iraqi Republic Railway a new required schedule needs to be submitted by Dorsch Consultant. This matter has been discussed with the consultant in order to set the time frame to perform the local work in Iraq. (surveying and soil investigations)

The meeting covered the latest submitted inception report & how Iraqi Republic Railway needs this report to be developed by covering the steps & procedures which Dorsch Consultant will carry out to perform these 5 projects.
