PEW cover the following :

A) Mechanical works:
1. Erection, repairing, rehabilitation of the steam and gas turbines and carrying out the general maintenance with the capability of studying the problem that it is exposed to it and find the suitable solutions that secures its return to work with high efficiency.
2. Erection, repairing , rehabilitation of steam boilers and carrying out the general maintenance with the possibilities to diagnose faults in order to find suitable solutions to secure high efficiency.
3. Erection, repairing, rehabilitation of Heat Exchangers and Valves
4. Construction work to cover the installation of the GTG as well as the Mechanical Balance of for Gas power Plant projects.
 
B) Electrical works:
1. Construction work to cover the Electrical Balance of Plant for Gas power projects.
2. Erection of substations and repairing its components.
3. Erection of high voltage towers and re-constructs the electrical network related to them.
4. Erection and maintenance of all appliances and the electrical engines.
5. Erection and maintenance of all electrical transformers for all capacities.
C) Civil Works:
Construction of all power plants civil work such as machines foundations, Industrial buildings switchyard foundations, cable trenches, steel structures, concrete water tanks, sheds and housing.
D) Automatic Control Works:
Erection and maintenance to diagnose the trouble in the automatic control appliances, measurements and wiring.
 
E) Telecommunication:
Installation and maintenance of PLC, MW, RTU, DAS & SCADA systems.
F) Chemical works:
1. Executing the chemical washing works for all capacities of steam boilers.
2. Erection of the water treatment units and supervision on its operation and for all capacities

Al Najaf project
-Construction work cover the erection of GTG, Mechanical and Electrical Balance of plant. The project consist (2 units GE frame 9E) with all auxiliaries and BOP
-The Mechanical Balance of Plant include fuel tanks and pumping system, boilers, fuel treatment plant, water treatment plant and fire fitting system
-The Electrical Balance of Plant includes 132kV Switchyard (9 Bays), Power Transformers, Generator Circuit Breakers, bus Dusts, Switchgears, Control containers, Protection and Metering, Unit control and DC system
- Control and monitoring system, communication and SCADA system
-Testing , Pre commissioning and commissioning of the two units GE frame 9E for AlNajaf Gas Power Plant |
