Introdcuction to the various systems available on site at the sleeper factory are mentioned here. The main systems are namely the Casting Machine, Demoulding Machine, Saw Machine, Strand Running Machine & the Water system.

These systems play an intricate part in the process of sleeper production. They are monitored by manned personnel and often computer controled.
