The machine is placed using the crane on the running rail with strand clamping, facing strand packs and is connected to 3 phase supply. The machine is turned on from the control panel. All 16 strands are then placed in clamp jaw. The control panel is used to press motor on, press reverse and adjust speed control to desired speed required until the destination is nearly reached; speed is then adjusted to slow and when the control turn is set to zero the machine will stop. Then stop reverse needs to be pressed. One must press stop for each direction travel on control panel, remove strand from jaws and repeat until finished. When there is sufficient strand in place the machine can be disconnected from power supply and removed.
